I have a high profile and rewarding role as the Executive Assistant to the MD and Chair at the centre of a highly successful Grantham headquartered business.
This is a varied and high profile role, where you will be responsible for providing support to the Managing Director and Chair, as well as coordinating business wide projects and marketing initiatives.
Your key duties of the Executive Assistant will include:
Providing PA and general support to the MD and Chair
Managing diaries and schedules
Arranging travel and accommodation
Preparing presentations and reports
Coordinating business-wide improvement projects
Liaising with customers and suppliers
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and efficient
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
