About the Powder Coater Role
This isn’t basic spraying—it’s high-stakes, large-format coating work that defines how the product looks, lasts, and performs. As a Powder Coater, you’ll be working with serious machinery, prepping parts and applying flawless finishes.
You’ll be in early, done by 5:15pm, and part of a team that gets things done right. If you’re hands-on, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced workshop, this is your chance to level up.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and clean machinery components for powder coating, ensuring proper surface finish
Operate powder coating equipment with precision, consistency, and efficiency
Apply powder coating to large-scale agricultural and construction machinery
Inspect finished products for consistency, coverage, and adherence to high quality standards
Follow strict health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs
Support production flow by handling pre-coat tasks and machine prep
What We’re Looking
Experience in powder coating or industrial painting is ideal
Skilled in prep work and surface treatment before spraying
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering top-level finishes
Able to work effectively within a team and under pressure
Health & safety conscious with a proactive mindset
Physically fit for manual tasks and large machinery handling
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to quality

Monday to Thursday schedule – 7:00am to 5:15pm – long weekend every week
25 days annual leave
