We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager Estates to be the senior building professional responsible for developing and delivering projects to a substantial range of buildings.
You will be working on a diverse portfolio with a mix of stunning modern and historical buildings and architectural projects set across several acres of stunning grounds.
My client has embarked on an ambitious infrastructure strategy to improve and renew their estate, including several new-build projects, over the next several years as part of a long-term growth strategy.
The Project Manager will be taking on a very high-profile role that is of great strategic importance to my client, leading a programme of significant change.
You will lead the delivery of a range of projects, managing consultants and contractors, whilst developing and preparing project briefs, appointing and managing consultants through a series of RIBA design stages, ensuring project works are compliant as well as championing sustainability and identifying opportunities to reduce carbon emissions where possible.

Key requirements for this pivotal Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor role include:
· A full member of the RICS/APM
· Quantity Surveying background
· Significant experience working as a Project Manager / Building Surveyor
· At least three years’ experience of successfully delivering capital projects
· Experience delivering conservation/heritage/listed building projects is desirable (not essential)
