My client is a well-respected and well established multi office real estate practice in Lincolnshire.
They are looking for an Inventory clerk for their Lettings team to join their office in the Spalding and Boston area.
Experience in undertaking inventories would be a huge advantage but is not essential, if you have a positive can-do attitude and great people and organisational skills.
Duties:
Preparing detailed Inventories & Condition Reports for a host of different properties
Detailing the condition of properties both internally and externally
Produce reports on each properties condition including photos
Detailed handover to colleagues within the letting department
Keeping up to date of latest legislation and regulations surrounding the Letting sector
As part of a dynamic team and company you will excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
Salary dependent on experience.
