​We’re on the lookout for an experienced and exceptional Estate Agency Valuer for a highly successful property business with offices positioned across the UK.

The perfect Valuer will have strong market knowledge in their area, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity, market changes and ideally networking experience to develop your customer base.

You must demonstrate a record of achieving consistent results in Estate Agency and the Property industry, working within a team and on your own initiative to ascertain the best results for your clients.

As a Valuer, your main responsibilities will include:

•Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling

•Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings

•Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers

•Conducting market appraisals

•Taking photographs & measurements

What we’re looking for:

•Previous estate agency experience

•Cold / warm calling experience

•Excellent presentation and communication skills

•Drive and determination with a desire to succeed

•Strong team player but with the ability to work alone

•Financially driven

Monday morning meetings held at the Lincoln branch with the rest of the week working from home and out of the office.

Bonus Scheme starts from a minimum of 10% of all net banked income increasing to 70% (further info available upon request)
