Grantham - £18,525 – 37.5 hours – shift pattern between 8:00am and 6:00pm

We are currently working with a medical centre within Grantham that is looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team.
As a Receptionist you will be receiving, assisting, and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way.
Additionally, you will be required to provide general assistance to the Practice team whilst projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

To be considered for this role you must be able to:
Have excellent communication skills
An enthusiastic approach to delivering first-class customer service
Have a confident and clear phone manner
Good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.)
High standard of spoken and written English
Strong admin experience
It would also be ideal if you had the experience of working in a healthcare environment /GP practice but is not essential.
Full training and support will be provided for the right Receptionist candidate. Starting salary is a national living wage to be reviewed after successful completion of probation.
