We are working with a highly successful organisation going through a period of sustained growth and investment that are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to work alongside the Head of Recruitment.

As Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will support the recruitment and wider HR team in the delivery of an effective HR service through the provision of administrative assistance and maintenance of systems and processes.
You will also provide support to managers with shortlisting and interviewing, creating job descriptions, building excellent relationships, and providing guidance and support in terms of recruitment best practices.
The role will require you to undertake a range of recruitment and HR administration including raising PO’s managing candidate queries, document maintenance, pre-employment checks, filing, maintenance of spreadsheets and candidate records.
The Recruitment Co-ordinator sits within a forward-thinking and long-serving team, who have a strong collaborative and team-based approach to recruitment.
The successful candidate will be a true team-player, focused on the overall objectives of the wider organisation.
What we’re looking for:
Experience of working within an HR function, ideally with knowledge of recruitment and resourcing
Knowledge of recruitment and HR systems and process
Knowledge of HR and recruitment admin
Understanding and commitment to excellent customer’s service
Well organised and able to prioritise tasks
Flexible, pro-active and able to work collaboratively with the team
Experience data-mining and resourcing candidates is desirable
