Grantham – salary up to £22, 000 DOE + bonus
We’re recruiting exclusively for a referencing professional for our client, located in the heart of Grantham.
They are a highly entrepreneurial and refreshingly new property insurance and property service business who are extremely ambitious.
The key role of the Referencing Manager is to ensure the smooth management of referencing for a portfolio of landlords and lettings agents.
As the main point of contact managing their property portfolio referencing account, you'll have day to day liaison with landlords and agents, communicate proficiently with tenant applicants and their guarantors, and also with referees providing information.
The Referencing Manager should have administrative and customer service experience and ideally have worked within a financial services, property, lettings or insurance environment.
Working alongside the Managing Director, you’ll communicate by telephone, email and Zoom / Teams, apply rules and procedures methodically whilst ensuring great customer service, all utilising Microsoft 365 on a daily basis, and our client’s in-house referencing system.

We’re therefore looking for an exceptional communicator that possesses the confidence to take ownership for their own workload, able to build long term relationships.
