We’re on the hunt for a Sales Account Manager for our client, a successful industry-leader, to be based at their Grantham office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining long term relationships, account management, service upselling and garnering new business. We’re therefore looking for an exceptional communicator that possesses the confidence to take ownership for their own workload and client base.
A background in sales is of course an advantage but not a necessity to be considered for the Sales Account Manager position, but rather a dynamic and motivated individual who can join a close-knit team and enjoys building relationships and has a clear Customer Service skillset.
If you aren’t scared to pick up the phone, are comfortable when using computer systems, and want to begin a progressive career, this is the position for you!
Handling sales enquiries from new and existing customers filtering accordingly and identifying new opportunities
Creating and tracking sales quotations on CRM system
Using a consultative approach, making recommendations to offer suitable solutions and assistance to clients
Making outbound sales calls to new and lapsed customers in order to re-engage with them and capitalise on new opportunities
