Are you a highly organised and motivated PA with excellent communication, marketing, project management and influencing service skills?
I have a high profile and rewarding role as the Personal Assistant to the Director at the centre of a highly successful business based outside of Grantham.
This is a varied and high-profile role, where you will be responsible for providing support to the Director, as well as coordinating business wide projects and marketing initiatives.
Your key duties of the Sales and Personal Assistant will include:
Providing PA and general support to the Director
Managing diaries and schedules
Arranging travel and accommodation
Preparing presentations and reports
Coordinating business-wide improvement projects
Meeting with Clients and arrange requirements in relation to sales and delivery
Travel to trade shows and other sites as business requires
Liaising with customers and suppliers
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and efficient
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
