Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT Business Partner - with Salesforce experience - for a fast growing full fibre broadband company.

They’re building their own full-fibre network using next-generation technology to power a multi-gigabit fibre network, partnering with global suppliers Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce. 

They’re looking for a Salesforce experienced IT Business Partner / Business Relationship Manager who will provide both technical and operating knowledge as a senior SME to identify, specify and project manage IT requirements. 

Working alongside some really top talent with significant industry experience from leading UK companies, you’ll report to the IT Director and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team. 

The Salesforce IT Business Partner / Business Relationship Manager will have a massive impact on this high growth ISP as they build a world class, full-fibre broadband network. 

Highly data-driven and process oriented, the IT Business Partner will provide and support the IT direction to colleagues across the Business. 

The person: 

·        Experience in an IT operations role supporting customers

·        Telco, engineering or utilities industry sector expertise in managing an IT operational team or as a senior business partner / business relationship manager

·        Experience of using Salesforce products

·        Working knowledge of Salesforce ‘Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning modules’

·        Experience of using Salesforce Service Voice & or Amazon Cloud voice

·        Financially competent, with experience of contract renewals and 3rd party account management for the delivery of IT services

·        Ability to conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting and draw robust, actionable conclusions from that analysis

·        Able to identify emerging trends or patterns of behaviour in customer data and research, and propose suitable mitigations or opportunities 

·        Resourceful and innovative - able to create relevant, exciting new solutions to complex or challenging problems
