In a partnering programme with the Ministry of Defence, my client supplies and maintains three fleets of aircraft within the UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS). Through technical advancement and commercial innovation, they deliver aircraft to match the training needs of the next generation on the frontline. ​

They have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join them in a role that offers unrivalled professional development and benefits. ​

The Senior Administrator will be responsible for the accurate recording of completed Maintenance tasks in the Airworthiness records and updating the Maintenance Control System. Reporting to the Head of Airworthiness and working with the Safety Management System. ​

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who… ​

•Has proven attention to detail and accurate data input

•Strong Administration skills ​

What you will be doing ​

•Work within the Company's Safety Management System.

•Work order review and the updating of aircraft and component Airworthiness Records including electronic and hard copy log books /log cards requirements for the Affinity aircraft fleet.

•Inputting checked data from completed maintenance task cards into the Maintenance Control System (RUSADA Envision).

•Archiving and filing of Maintenance and Airworthiness records.

•Detailed document scanning into Affinity records repository.

•Investigating, reporting, and resolving records discrepancies.

•Ensure all maintenance records and accompanying paperwork have been completed as required by the regulation and certified before the aircraft is released to service.

•Perform Technical Documentation check-in of all Complex components prior to Stores batch in process.

•Ensuring Maintenance Control System data is checked and updated in a timely manner and report all discrepancies.
