An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Employment Team as the Senior Employment Advisor within a successful and expanding Business Services Department at this business.

This Senior Employment Advisor role is varied and is an ideal opportunity for an ER / Employment Law specialist who has experience advising clients on all areas on employment law and HR processes.

It is a newly created role in a company that offers long term careers, professional development and a strong collegiate team atmosphere.

They are looking for a talented, confident employment advisor with experience in providing employment law advice. There is a readymade case load for the right candidate with opportunities to become involved in advising, marketing, business development and to continue building upon the success experienced to date.

The Company have a strong reputation and client base and wish to maximise their opportunity to grow further.

The Senior Employment Advisor will be the first point of contact for clients, providing telephone and email advice on a range of employment matters. You will ensure the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with the associated solutions.

You must be able to demonstrate formal employment law training or relevant CIPD qualifications.
