Are you a results-oriented service manager with a passion for customer interactions, fuelled by a background in aftermarket or service roles?

We are in search of an inspiring Service Manager to lead our client’s Worcestershire team, a dynamic workshop collective of skilled agriculture engineers.

Day in and day out, this team dedicates itself to the service of our client’s customers.

As an Agricultural Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in breathing life into client’s our values, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering an environment that ignites inspiration.

You’ll be responsible for the management a busy workshop in Worcestershire, responsible for organising and managing of a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery.

A priority will be to galvanise your team to ensure they deliver against key targets, namely workshop efficiency, after sales and customer satisfaction.

The Service Manager should be self-motivated, reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate a successful track record of winning the respect of both your colleagues, manufacturers and customers.

You may also be an experienced Engineer looking to step up to management.

•A proven track record of demonstrated leadership and exceptional communication skills

•A deep-seated passion for engineering and an innate understanding of the pivotal role an exceptional team environment plays

•Familiarity with roles like Agricultural Service Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Manager, Aftermarket Manager, or Workshop Controller within industries such as Automotive, HGV, Plant, or analogous machinery-based or engineering-based domains

•A keen grasp of commercial operations, translating into a profitable and efficient service department

•Profound problem-solving abilities and a resilience to navigate shifting landscapes and challenges.

Regular opportunity to work overtime, expected OTE in excess of £50,000 per annum. Overtime:

•39hrs – 48hrs time and a half

•Double time over 49 hours
