Structural Estimator
Grantham – circa £30k to £35k on a permanent job role with company Pension, parking onsite and CPD/training opportunities.
Join our client’s team as a Structural Estimator and play a key role in our sales and marketing team, helping to prepare project costs, estimates, and quotations for structural steelwork projects.
You'll need a detailed technical knowledge of the structural steelwork industry, but experience in estimating is not essential.

Required skills:
Previous estimating experience within a structural steelwork or an equivalent engineering environment
Microsoft Office including Word; Excel and Powerpoint
Detailed knowledge of materials and production processes
Ability to read, understand and fully interpret engineering drawings
Core duties:
Prepare project costs, estimates, and quotations for structural steelwork projects
Liaise with production, contracts, sales departments and clients
Work with clients to ensure accurate tenders are prepared
Attending tender meetings with clients in conjunction with Sales Team
