I have a rare HVAC Technical Manager opportunity with a niche business who are a UK market leader in their sector, are experiencing significant demand for their services and are gearing up for further growth across the UK.
The Company has a clear strategy for this growth, a unique product range and as part of that growth plan, they are looking to appoint a Technical Manager to work alongside the Managing Director to deliver.
It’s great opportunity for a HVAC technical professional to join an ambitious company which puts people at the heart of its growth and success.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the technical side of the business, commercial operations and longer term, you will be key in developing and designing new products lines and services.
The HVAC Technical Manager will run an existing team of Engineers, as well as growing the Team.
Basically, it’s a brand new role with a savvy and driven leader that you can make your own with enormous potential for the future.
What we’re looking for
· Strong technical knowledge in electronics, HVAC, refrigeration AND / OR air handling units
· Good knowledge of business and management principles
· Strong organisational and people management skills
· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
· Knowledge of project management and principles
