Spalding – circa £35k
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Training Manager to head up the Training Department at my client’s large Spalding site.
The site is going through a period of modernisation and therefore as they grow their headcount, they will also be growing their training team for which the Training Manager will be responsible.

The Training Manager will implement training plans for each Department from new starters to developing existing staff and managers, ensuring your team of Trainers are fully equipped and competent for their roles.
You will lead these Departmental Trainers and support with the co-ordination of training for each Department, monitoring and improving required.
The Training Manager will work closely with the HR Manager.
We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box and make recommendations at how my client can be more engaging and creative on how they retain and develop staff.
The Training Manager will also coordinate and oversee my client’s Apprenticeship Scheme.

The salary for this role is circa £35k depending on experience, plus all the benefits and career opportunities associated with working for a large group.
