About the Welding Robot Operator Role

Key Responsibilities
Operate robotic welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components (training provided)
Perform MIG welding with precision, following project specs and technical drawings
Use hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and finish metal parts
Read blueprints and interpret work instructions accurately
Carry out regular quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Follow strict health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised work area
Assist with material handling and ensure parts are stored and managed correctly
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on MIG welding experience is essential
Previous experience operating robot welders is ideal—but not required (full training provided)
Strong mechanical understanding and tooling knowledge
Ability to interpret drawings, follow instructions, and work to exacting standards
Skilled in using hand tools and fabrication equipment
Problem-solving mindset and confidence to troubleshoot minor issues
A proactive, reliable attitude and a genuine passion for quality work
