Personal Assistant to the Directors – Bingham

Bingham – CIRCA £25k

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Assistant to the Directors for our client in Nottingham.

It is not for feint-hearted as you’ll be working for a seriously driven entrepreneur and with well known names.

The successful PA will need to be extremely flexible, dynamic, highly organised, positive, proactive, friendly, discreet, reliable and energetic, with a good sense of humour.

You will provide invaluable support and administrative assistance to the Managing Director, who has an extensive schedule, travels regularly and meets with leading influencers and VIPs in his sector.

The PA will be arranging everything from extensive travel, corporate events and TV appearances!

The successful candidate will enjoy working in an extremely busy and fast environment where your work will be extremely varied and interesting.

It is not for feint-hearted as you’ll be working with some seriously driven entrepreneurs and well known names.

You won’t be micromanaged but attention to detail in thought, presentation and delivery are expected. As the PA you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and have a real impact on the overall success of the Business.

The role will encompass the following duties:

  • Diary management and coordination of internal and external meetings for the Directors
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Intuitive and proactive executive support for the Director involving some client liaison
  • Researching and preparing client reports and presentations

The role is suited to candidates who can offer:

  • Experience in a similar role supporting senior executives
  • Excellent levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • All round great IT skills
