We’re looking for an all-round in agency recruiter or sales professional comfortable working across a mix of executive and complex requirements and recruitment projects across the East Midlands.

The role would also make a good first step into internal recruitment for candidates who have the right attitude and a commitment to doing business the right way.

What you’ll be doing

Partnering: you will take detailed briefings from hiring managers to understand their requirements and then provide detailed resourcing expertise to support to them. Able to source the best candidates to agreed timescales, cost and match, the Recruitment Consultant will provide an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Business Development: generating revenue for the company through the sale of our services and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Cold and warm calling clients to secure meeting appointments, awareness sessions and training. Taking the lead in strategy planning for your accounts, attending client meetings, hosting client meetings at our office. Working towards revenue targets and KPIs for number of calls, meetings and converted leads.

Plate Spinning: the Recruitment Consultant will be juggling multiple roles and projects, recruiting from highly technical to management level and using the various routes to market to source the best candidates. You will devise and write highly effective and SEO friendly job adverts and copy and explore other routes.

  • A passion for sales and winning new business
  • The drive and motivation to exceed sales targets
  • An exceptional resourcer capable of all levels of recruitment
  • Confidence in advising business leaders and HR on recruitment best practice
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • Able to run multiple recruitment projects
