We have a great career opportunity for a professional and motivated sales / customer services professional to join a successful, friendly and driven team in a growing manufacturing business operating across the UK.

The successful candidate will make external B2B calls to customers to develop and grow their customer base. As well as building relationships with existing and new customers you will establish their needs and update the database.

An experienced and successful accounts executive, you will be working for a well-established and growing business following up warm leads, existing customers and taking /dealing with inbound enquirers from customers.

With a flair for customer service, you will be extremely self-motivated and able to work in a team environment and on your own initiative.

  • Ability & previous account management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to grasp client’s requirements and present practical and cost-effective solutions
  • Ability to handle requests and queries in a professional, calm and mature manner
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prior Engineering or Manufacturing background
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Used to CAD and Technical drawings
