We are working with a leading force in the built environment who are looking for an exceptional Contracts Manager to join the Senior Management Team.
We’re recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our fast growing and innovative Nottinghamshire based client, who operate throughout the UK.
This key role will have overall responsibility for effectively managing commercial contracts ensuring the Company’s best interest is represented at all times.
Our client offers a very competitive salary, bonus scheme, generous medical cover and company car or allowance.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in delivering large projects, relevant business sector experience and someone who is a strong and effective team leader.
You’ll join an extremely busy and super talented business based out of their state of the art facilities in an easily accessible location with good transport links.
Our innovative and pioneering manufacturing client, a true UK market leader in their sector, are at the top of their game and are currently experiencing sustained growth with some significant contract wins.
You should be highly persuasive and have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across the business and with external contacts.
The Contracts Manager will manage commercial elements of projects including reviewing and assessing contracts / agreements and negotiations with clients, contractors, subcontractors and any suppliers.
