Grantham – Fixed Term Contract
We are recruiting for a Stockroom and Fleet Administrator on a 9 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Based in the Grantham Stock Office this is a duel-role position to support both the Receipt & Despatch Clerk and the Operations Supervisor. Training will be given in all aspects of the role including operational working and the checking of inbound & outbound loads.
The Stockroom and Fleet Administrator will inspect customer products, carryout stock taking and some stock investigations, correspond with both hauliers and customers via email and telephone.
You will also be required to make bookings, receipt and despatch loads and will be controlling vehicles and drivers on and off site.
The successful Stockroom and Fleet Administrator candidate will have to display excellent general office skills and show high competency on Microsoft packages, be well organised and self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have to assume a measure of responsibility and have the desire to fit in to a tight knit team.
The working week for the Stockroom and Fleet Administrator will be to cover the swing shift.
Week 1 (Mon to Fri: 6am – 2pm)
Week 2 (Mon to Fri: 2pm – 10pm)
Previous experience is advantageous, however full training will be given to right candidate.
