We have a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a brand new fabrication and welding facility in a forward thinking telecoms company in a growing sector.
This is for a Workshop Supervisor with a fabrication background to join an extremely well established and growing business, who are fitting out a new purpose-built unit.
Following a period of substantial investment, our client is looking for a Workshop Supervisor that will work alongside the Operations Manager.
You will be working in a busy, successful and tight knit team, in a fantastic working environment using leading edge technology and lean practices.
The successful Welder / Fabricator Workshop Supervisor should be motivated, used to leading a small team, and comfortable organising work schedules.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Fabricator / Plater Welder
- MIG / MAG qualifications
- Ability to work on structural steelwork – 1090 CE marking experience
- Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
- A flexible, positive attitude and a desire to progress

Working hours will be 7.30am to 4.00pm.
