Our client is a fast growing and successfully managed business delivering a high standard of customer services to their varied range of clients across the local area and wider UK, sometimes in challenging situations. Their IT systems therefore are a vital part of the business and need to be maintained and working to avoid issues having an impact of their customers.
This role will see you undertake a mixture of 1st and 2nd line IT infrastructure support working across a range of up to date technologies including the businesses’ database, Teams, Office 365, Exchange, Windows etc…
Based at the head office in their prestigious and cool offices you will provide internal IT support across a variety of desktop, laptop and infrastructure technologies to the office based as well as their remote staff.
Applicants will need previous IT support/service desk experience including the ability to perform basic IT support to your colleagues as well as resolving in-depth database or server based issues.
You will ideally have experience supporting the following technologies:
- Experience in Database applications (preferred)
- Windows 7/8.1/10
- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Back Up & Antivirus Support
- Windows Server 2008/2012 and Cisco products is also another advantage.
