An opportunity now exists for a Project Manager Aerospace to join one of their dynamic teams based in Nottingham in a high profile role that will be key in getting state of the art innovations to market.
The role will be based at our client’s stunning offices in a central location, where they design state of the art solutions and software products for an incredible client base globally.
The Project Manager will join a fast growing division of this company and therefore on offer is an excellent opportunity to take a central role in this expansion and become an expert in this unique and rapidly expanding field.
You will be key in taking the next wave of innovative technology from fundamental research through to commercial exploitation and into innovative services and software products.
We are looking for a Project Manager Aerospace who as a minimum you should have a good degree, ideally in a STEM subject or in mechanical or electrical engineering. More specifically a technical background in subjects such as digital twin and big data would be a bonus.
Aerospace, automotive or similar experience sector experience would also be a benefit. Other technical areas that will be considered are electrical machines, composite structures, rotating machinery, dynamics, fluids and thermal analysis, software and data management.
Ideally the Project Manager will have some prior experience in winning and running publicly funded R&D projects.
