My client is currently looking for an AutoCAD Technician to provide a full range of architectural services, accurately producing and maintaining CAD drawings
As they plan substantial infrastructure projects to modernize their estate, they are now seeking an experienced AutoCAD Technician to join a highly successful team to support the delivery of key outcomes.

The Auto CAD Technician will maintain, manage, update, and develop the drawings archive, digital records and associated property database information and prepare CAD details and drawings in support of project work.
What we’re looking for:
- HNC/HND/Degree or professional CAD qualification (ideal)
- Experience in a CAD office of a built environment discipline
- Detailed knowledge and experience of AutoCAD systems
- A sound knowledge of building design and all construction disciplines
- Understanding of building construction elements
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent knowledge of UK Planning, Conservation and Building Regs
- Knowledge of RICS code of Measuring Practice
35 hours per week Mon – Fri.
30 days holiday + Public Holidays. Closed for Christmas period.
