A Training & Field Coaching (CT Electric) role focuses on developing and mentoring engineers in CT Electric metering. This position blends training delivery, field coaching, and technical support to ensure safe and compliant installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CT Electric training in training centres and support digital learning development.

  • Mentor and audit CT Field Engineers to improve technical skills, safety awareness, and performance.

  • Lead competency assessments for CT Electric installations.

  • Identify skills gaps and provide tailored coaching.

  • Ensure training content remains up-to-date with industry standards.

  • Provide technical guidance

​Huntingdon is a market town in Cambridgeshire, England, chartered by King John in 1205. Having been the county town of historic Huntingdonshire, it is now the seat of the Huntingdonshire District Council. It is well known as the birthplace of Oliver Cromwell, who was born there in 1599 and its Member of Parliament (MP) for the town in the 17th century. The former Conservative Prime Minister (1990–1997) John Major served as the MP for Huntingdon from 1979 until his retirement in 2001.
