Commercial Litigator

​My client is currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate/Solicitor to work on specialist cases in which you play a pivotal role within the business.

The Commercial Litigation Associate/Solicitor will be CILEX/Paralegal or qualified but will need to be well versed dealing with litigated matters.

You will serve in the following, professional negligence, misrepresentation, from the outset to trial in addition to, at a later stage, more general commercial litigation.
