What you’ll be doing
You will be encouraged to be forward thinking to improve the customer’s experience
Build strong relationship with the senior management team
Come up and push forward your own ideas
Salesforce experience advantageous but not a necessity
Works well in teams but can manage their own workload
History of at least 5 years in the fintech / payments industry
Has excellent communications skills.

The Account Manager is a key person to support their customers. You are responsible for making the clients customer journey as seamless as possible from onboarding to ongoing support which include development of a strong and ever-growing commercial relationship.
We are looking for result driven individuals who are highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills and possesses the aptitude to work under their own initiative to strict deadlines and targets.
Your communication skills both written and verbal will need to be of the highest calibre.
A business / finance academic background is preferred.
