We are currently searching for an Accounts Administrator / Assistant for an ambitious and successful business, where you’ll be a key member of a close knit team based in Lincoln.

The key aspect of the role is the administration of financial accounts as well as day to day responsibility for a variety of other admin tasks.

We are looking for a strong administrator with a mix of skills that include experience of computerised accounting software packages, preparation of VAT records and bank reconciliation statements.

The Accounts Administrator / Assistant should have financial admin background with experience in the following areas:

• invoice processing

• data input

• office administration

• payment schedules

• BACS payments

There is an immediate start for the right candidate and the salary is dependent on experience.

You will enjoy a considerable amount of autonomy and therefore we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail and is accustomed to problem solving and taking responsibility.
