​Aircrew Equipment Assemblies (AEA) Deputy Manager

My client supports UK military air capability by playing a key part in the seamless progression of pilots through flying training.

They now have an opportunity for an Aircrew Equipment Assemblies (AEA) Deputy Manager to join them in a role that offers great professional development and a rewarding career.

As Deputy AEA manager, you will ensure the delivery of the contracted service to the customer and ensure that stocks of serviceable AEA and Survival Equipment are made available to the aircrew based at RAF Cranwell, RAF Barkston Heath & RAF Valley.

My client has ambitious plans and are therefore looking to recruit great talent to join their growing business that operates across the UK.

What we’re looking for:

· Appropriate recent practical experience in a senior supervisor/management role connected to the management and maintenance of Aircrew Equipment Assemblies (AEA) and Survival Equipment (SE)

· Appropriate recent practical experience and expertise in Survival Equipment (SE) and Aircrew

· Equipment Assemblies (AEA) maintenance

· Experience in managing AEA and SE Equipment inventories

Qualifications:

· Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent)

· Recognised Q-SE-AC or AvMedSE qualification

· Recognised Human Factors training

· Experience in lieu of qualifications will be considered
