The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, your focus will be on creating a seamless dining experience. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, manage daily restaurant operations, and ensure every guest enjoys attentive and professional service. Your role will also involve training staff, preparing schedules, and supporting service during busy periods. While financially aware, your priority will be team leadership and guest satisfaction on the restaurant floor.
About You
You’ll bring at least two years’ experience in a senior restaurant or hotel food and beverage role, with strong people skills and the ability to inspire your team. A passion for customer service and a commitment to high standards are essential.
