We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to work for a highly diverse organisation going through a key period of change as their Associate Director of Finance.
They are a leading UK wide charity currently going through a significant change programme.
The new Associate Director of Finance will therefore be key to this and will be responsible for building a Finance Team and associated systems and processes to support it.
My client offers a financial professional the opportunity to take a lead finance role at the Top Table as well as actively contributing to the strategic plan of the organisation over the coming years.
As the Associate Director of Finance, you will work across all areas of the organisation and be key to the strategic direction.
You will join an ambitious leadership team who have big plans for the future and in this Associate Director of Finance role you’ll provide change management and the overall lead of the organisation’s financial direction.
The Associate Director of Finance will be responsible for overall performance of the Finance Department, leading and providing direction and control.
You'll be responsible for the management, coaching and development of a busy finance team that is going through a period of flux and redevelopment.
What we’re looking for:
ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAS or equivalent
Post qualification experience in both financial management and accounting at a senior level
Business partnering skills – be able to build great relationships within the finance and people team and with other stakeholders across the business
Proven accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills
Organisational and project management skills
