Spalding – £11.55 PH. 4 on, 4 off. 12 hour shift pattern
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional CCTV Operator to join our clients in house security team.

The successful candidate will ideally be CCTV SIA licenced and have experience of working in a busy control room. However full training will be provided.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team on a four on, four off 12 hour shift pattern.
Key aspects of the role include:
Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera activations, ensuring that appropriate responses are initiated
Monitor Intruder/Fire/PA alarms ensuring that appropriate responses are initiated
Provide security for access controlled sites in place of manned guarding
Ensure that sites are only accessed in line with the customers’ instructions and that any breaches of security are reported
What we’re looking for:
Hold a Guard, Door Supervision, Close Protection or Public Space Surveillance Licence / CCTV Licence (or willing to acquire)
Able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate good communication and a strong team spirit
Possess an excellent telephone manner
