My client is revolutionising the full-fibre broadband network with a category-leading brand, next-generation technology, differentiated products and services that their customers love.

They are now looking for a Digital Project Manager (ecommerce) to lead on digital transformation on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Digital Project Manager (ecommerce) will lead small and large-scale projects from end-to-end across my client’s website and across their Salesforce tech stack.

As a digital first business, this is a critical role, one central to the creative and technical teams.

As they’re in a rapid growth stage, you’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-moving environment with lots of change.

A large part of their growth ambitions is driven by launching and accelerating growth in new markets.

With a fast paced start-up culture, their leadership team is brimming with experience and their headcount is already fast approaching 200!

The Digital Project Manager (ecommerce) will also lead and develop a small team of subject matter experts (Front End Developer and Web Content).

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for ensuring any digital commercial business priorities (functionality, reporting, promotions, new products) are delivered in a cost-effective, timely manner using in-house teams and external agencies

• Own the relationship with internal (IT team) and external (agency) web partners on the implementation of Salesforce functionality and ongoing development

• Work with the wider commercial team and the Commercial Project Manager to manage priorities and set expectations on functionality and timescales

• Work closely with the brand team to ensure all web output is in keeping with our brand guidelines

• Your skills will lie in working with teams of experts to deliver web projects both small and large from initial scoping through to testing and deployment

• You don’t have to be a complete expert in Salesforce, but some experience is desirable for this role

• A big part of the role will be working with the Marketing Acquisition team on helping them to deliver and track the effectiveness of their campaigns, so you’ll need a good understanding of Google Analytics, UX and UI principles

• A leader of people with experience in managing and developing the capabilities of a small team

• A people person who is not afraid to voice their opinion and drive change across the business

• You’ll be thorough and used to getting your hands dirty with UAT testing and ensuring processes are followed and improved on
