Our client, an independent and well-established estate agency based in the East Midlands region are seeking to add a Branch Manager / Valuer to a soon be opened office.
The role is ideal for a candidate that is looking to further their career in the property sector and is wanting to play a key role in launching and establishing a bespoke property brand in a new market.
As the prospective candidate you will currently be working in an Estate Agency, with a track record of delivering results and have an excellent conversion rate from market appraisals/valuations. You must have a self-driven approach and the desire to succeed, after all you will be the first ever Branch Manager / Valuer of this new office.
The role in brief:
Training, supervision and motivation of staff
Carry out market appraisals and listing property for sale
Assist staff members and supervise the sales team
Ensure branch targets are met
Maintaining efficient day to day operation of the office
Liaise with the wider group management team
These are just a few key responsibilities that are expected of the successful Branch Manager / Valuer candidate.
Must be experienced in valuations and winning instructions
Previous estate agency experience
Confident, self-motivated individual
Role is commutable from Grantham, Newark, Sleaford, Lincoln, Retford, Mansfield, Nottingham, Bingham, Gainsborough, Melton Mowbray and Worksop.
