My client is a well-respected and well-established real estate practice in Lincoln.
They are looking for a Home Move Manager to join their Estate Agency team. As part of a dynamic team and company you will excellent interpersonal, communication, team working and customer service skills.
Home Move Manager’s key tasks and responsibilities include:
Managing the post-sales conveyancing process from sold subject to contract through to completion
Acting as first point of contact for third parties such as surveyors, solicitors and mortgage companies to progress the transaction
Engaging with customers (buyers/sellers) building rapport and deliver superb customer service at all times
Managing your diary and communications such as email queries and phone calls
Keeping colleagues updated with the property transaction process
Ensuring accurate record keeping throughout the process
Ideally as a Home Move Manager you’ll have previous experience in estate agency or conveyancing and feel confident in dealing with multiple tasks in a fast-moving work place using your skillset to prioritise your workload and strive to meeting set deadlines.
