We’re on the lookout for an experienced Estate Agency Valuer for a highly successful, regional Estate Agency with offices positioned across the UK.
The perfect Valuer will have strong market knowledge, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity and be confident in business development and retention.

As a Valuer, your main responsibilities will include:
Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling
Conducting market appraisals
Taking photographs & measurements
Selling the services of the business
What we’re looking for:
Previous estate agency experience (minimum of 12mnths)
Cold / warm calling experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Drive and determination with a desire to strong succeed
Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
