We have a fantastic opportunity for an Officer looking for a long-term permanent role offering a great work life balance.

The Estates Officer will be part of an Estates Department responsible for all aspects of building and estates management and should be confident with handling small and medium projects from inception to completion and be able to communicate effectively with consultants, contractors and end users in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas. ​

Key responsibilities of the Estates Compliance Officer role: ​

  • Preparation and control of major and minor works projects

  • Communicating and implementing policies and procedures

  • Carrying out annual building inspections and preparation of related maintenance plans

  • Preparation of specifications and invitations to tender ​

Does this sound like you? ​

  • Be experienced in budget management

  • Previous experience of statutory and mandatory Inspections

  • Qualifications in H&S, SMSTS, NEBOSH, IOSH/CITB, MBIFM would also be desirable.

  • Good all round computer skills

  • Sound knowledge of current building regulations ​
