Oakham - £30k to £35k depending on experience
We are on the hunt for an Estates Electrician to join our client’s Planned and Preventative Maintenance Team.
This role is at a well-known and very well-established large private organisation based in extensive stunning rural grounds with a mix of listed and modern buildings and sports facilities.
The Estates Electrician will join a small team of electricians to deal with reactive requests, assist with installation works, deliver replacement and upgrade programmes and complete assigned planned maintenance tasks.
This is an exciting time to join a progressive organisation who empowers its people to grow and develop their areas of expertise and the Estates Electrician will be part of an experienced maintenance and multi-disciplined team that cover the varied estate located in the heart of Rutland.
What we’re looking for:
An appropriate professional (or trade) accreditation (e.g. Level 3 City & Guilds 2230 or equivalent apprenticeship, 18th Edition of IEE regulations)
2391 Test and Inspection or equivalent
Full driving licence
Fire Alarm Installation / Maintenance (desirable)
Emergency lighting maintenance & remedial works (desirable)
