Rutland – Salary circa £27k to £30k dependent on experience plus host of employee benefits
We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable qualified Estates Maintenance Engineer / Plumber for predominantly reactive tasks around the estate and the Maintenance Engineer also assist with PPM tasks and small project works.
Working in a mix of both domestic and commercial buildings, undertaking a schedule of maintenance such as:
Installation of new pipework, services and fittings as required
Repair leaks as required
Repair to guttering
The Estates Maintenance Engineer / Plumber should have a general maintenance background.

Plumbing Qualification - City & Guilds Plumbing Qualification (Preferred)
Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Valid UK Driving Licence (Required)
CSCS (Preferred)
Practical knowledge and experience of working with heating & ventilation systems, water hygiene and plumbing
Ability to diagnose faults and report findings accurately
Sufficient level of literacy and IT knowledge in order to complete basic records and receive jobs through the CAFM System
Knowledge of above and below ground foul and rainwater drainage systems
Experience in a variety of pipework, iron, copper, lead, plastic and associated fittings.
