We are looking for a Project Manager to join my client’s fast paced Facilities Department to take on responsibility for the operational management of day to day projects delivery.

This project management role will be responsible for ensuring all facilities related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.

Projects will be delivered within our client’s modern stadium and may include new building fabrics renovation, space/moves management, mechanical or electrical systems installation, replacement or remedial repairs.

Project Manager key responsibilities:

•Effective implementation of building and refurbishment projects

•Management of contractors undertaking work

•Support management of reactive and PPM

•Deliver replacements and upgrades across the Arena’s sites

Does this sound like you?

•Electrical / multi trade experience

•Ability to read and understand CAD / electrical drawings (training can be given)

•Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle

•Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

•Project Management qualification (ideal)
