We are working exclusively for a fast growing telecommunications bringing next-level broadband to towns across the East of England and East Midlands, company where the opportunities are massive!

They are currently recruiting FTTH Field Engineers across Lincolnshire and Norfolk.

They’ve done things differently and built their own full-fibre network using cutting-edge fibre-optic technology.

To do this they’re using next-generation technology to power its multi-gigabit fibre network, and have partnered with global suppliers including Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce.

The Field Engineer will deliver a safe, clean, efficient and effective installation of Super-Fast connectivity through a pole and ducted infrastructure, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Field Engineers will:

•Provide customers with an exceptional service and experience throughout the installation process.

•Ensure the customers services is tested and working before leaving customer premises. (Right first time)

•Perform thorough pre installation surveys and documenting output to enable effective and efficient right first time installation on the day of the customer appointment.

Working pattern Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.

You will need:

•Knowledge of installation standards, specifications and methods supporting Pole and Ducted infrastructure.

•Ability to perform site surveys and establish appropriate installation routes and methods.

•Experienced with field-based fault finding and repair techniques including remote

•Full, clean Driving Licence & willing to travel

•NRSWA certification

•At least 3 years’ experience in a Fibre installation / Technical role.
