We are currently working with one of the most rapidly expanding Telecommunications companies in the UK who are now on the lookout for outstanding and ambitious Field Sales Executives.

This is a great customer-facing field sales opportunity to be part of an organisation that thrives on delivering world-class service to customers through simple intelligent processes and technologies.

Previous sales experience is not necessary, you may be starting out in your career, or this may be an opportunity to take your career in a new direction.

The key to success in this Field Sales role is your interpersonal skills, ability to engage others and your willingness to learn what customers really want as these will play a key part in your day-to-day role generating and converting leads and increasing brand awareness.

Their publicity campaigns in the local area are generating huge levels of interest and they need Field Sales Executives to help bring those interested customers on board and make them part of their customer base.

Does this sound like you?

  • A clear communicator and relationship builder

  • Direct-to-consumer sales experience is an advantage and experience of working with a market disruptor would also be an advantage, but not essential

  • The ability to operate independently and manage own schedule

  • A team player – willing to support colleagues and collaborate

  • Consultative selling skills and Salesforce Sales Cloud experience are desired but certainly not essential as training will be provided

  • Full driving license

What you’ll be doing day-to-day!

  • Generating leads through channels assigned to you by the B2C Sales Manager and Community Liaison Manager

  • Meeting prospects face-to-face to drive new sales in your territory by all means available

  • Working collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Team and the Engineering Team to maximise growth

  • Looking for opportunities to enhance the company’s brand and marketing campaigns and grow additional sales channels

  • Utilising Salesforce CRM and other company software to track sales pipeline and other sales activity metrics

  • Upselling additional added value products and services to existing customers to increase customer retention

  • Daily travel across your territory to engage with consumers to help understand their needs so the team can enhance their service

  • Basic salary of up to £25k and OTE of up to £38k (100% bonus scheme)
