We are working exclusively for a fast growing telecommunications bringing next-level broadband to towns across the East of England and East Midlands, company where the opportunities are massive! ​

They are currently recruiting Fibre Field Sales Executive across Lincolnshire and Norfolk. ​

Their publicity campaigns in the local community are generating huge levels of interest and they need Field Sales Executives to help bring those interested customers on board and make them part of their customer base. ​

…… and they’ve done things differently and built their own full-fibre network using cutting-edge fibre-optic technology and are being disruptive in everything they do, from sales to customer services! ​

To do this they’re using next-generation technology to power its multi-gigabit fibre network, and have partnered with global suppliers including Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce. ​

There are therefore some amazing opportunities to become a salaried Field Sales Executive with one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK telecoms space with huge earnings potential and career opportunities! ​

Earnings are made up of a basic salary of up to £26k plus a generous bonus scheme up to 100% of base salary with an additional £6k car allowance, mileage and a raft of other benefits including enrolment on to the Employee Equity Plan and company Health Pan and Pension Scheme. ​

With OTE earnings up to £60k, the sky really is the limit for this Field Sales Executive role and only limited by your ambition and hunger to succeed. ​

You will be part of a company is investing over £1bn in next-generation technology, building a world class, full-fibre broadband network to serve residential customers and businesses in the East of England and East Midlands. ​

Does this sound like you? ​

•Direct to consumer sales experience is an advantage

•The ability to operate independently and manage own schedule

•A team player – willing to support colleagues and collaborate

•Consultative selling skills desired but certainly not essential as training will be provided

•Full driving license ​

What you’ll be doing day-to-day! ​

•Meeting prospects face-to-face to drive new sales in your territory

•Working collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Team and the Engineering Team to maximise growth

•Looking for opportunities to enhance the company’s brand and marketing campaigns and grow additional sales channels

•Utilising Salesforce CRM and other company software to track sales pipeline and activities

•Daily travel across your territory to engage with consumers ​
