We are currently working with a Charity based in Lincolnshire who are looking to recruit a Finance Supervisor on a full-time basis for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
As a knowledgeable Finance Supervisor you will be joining a close-knit team where you’ll be responsible for keeping detailed records, reconcile aged debtors/creditors reports and helping improve the current processes.
Experience within a Finance Supervisor role or similar roles is desirable, use of Microsoft O365, debit and credit accounts, sales ledger and accountancy systems such as Business World would be advantageous.
The Finance Supervisor role itself will require you to:
Provide leadership to ensure team targets and deadlines are met
You will be able to train and help with the development of colleagues
Monthly reporting to agreed company formats
Be able to delegate tasks within the team under your guidance
Organise and prioritise workload
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Display excellent customer service
What we’re looking for:
Experience working in a commercial financial accounting environment
Experience leading and inspiring a team
Experience preparing financial reports
Able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders including Customers, suppliers and employees.
