With a competitive basic salary of £36k, you’ll receive a generous overtime pot giving you a first year guaranteed salary of £46k plus a fully fitted company van, generous leave and company pension provisions and a competitive overall salary package.

They supply new machines and aftersales for Massey Ferguson, Fendt & Valtra and JCB, with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers.

The Harvesting Equipment Engineer will be involved in the service and repair of agricultural machinery and ideally have a passion and knowledge of agricultural machinery.

What Harvesting Equipment Engineers will be doing:

  • Work on the full range of agricultural machines, including tractors and combines on some of the most prestigious agricultural brands in the world

  • Diagnose and repair problems with machinery ensuring the machinery will operate to a high standard 

  • Demonstrate and install machinery as required

  • Work with service and workshop managers and to ensure timelines are met

  • Travel to customers in the surrounding area of your depot to service and repair machinery

 What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified in Land Based Engineering or have an equivalent qualification in HGV, Plant or Construction

  • Willingness to undergo any additional training and specific manufacturer training to further develop and update your skillset

  • Experience of working with agricultural machinery and willing to work overtime in peak farming and agricultural seasons

  • Motivated to train and looking for high overtime potential
