A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the newly created role of Head of Business Sales for a fast growing full fibre provider.

The Head of Business Sales will play a key role in driving business sales growth at this young and fast growing business as they continue to advance their footprint and establish a strong presence in the B2B market.

You'll lead a team of BDMs in an innovative business investing in a world class, full-fibre broadband network across multiple regions.

This hybrid role comes with a bonus scheme up to 100% and £6k car allowance, amongst a raft of other benefits.

My client has ambitious growth objectives for their B2B function and so the focus will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, as well as fostering strong relationships with existing business customers.

As the Head of Business Sales, you’ll be using your leadership and expertise to guide your team to achieve sales targets across their regions.

The Head of Business Sales will be joining at an exciting phase of rapid expansion, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the B2B Sales Strategy and drive sales.

A large part of their growth ambitions is driven by launching and accelerating growth in new markets, and they have a strong team focused environment with a first time right style environment across the board and put their customers’ needs first in everything they do.

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets

· Demonstrated success in business sales, with a track record of winning and retaining key accounts

· A strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing sales plans to drive rapid business growth

· A strong customer focus with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences

· Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and broadband services is advantageous

· A positive and empowering leadership style, inspiring the team to achieve success and growth
