Head of Property Management - Lincoln
Our clients are a professional market leading multi-disciplinary lettings company with a large portfolio of properties in Lincolnshire.
They are looking for a Head of Property Management / General Manager who enjoys solving problems, is able to work well under pressure and can manage a team of lettings managers.
At least four years Lettings / Property Management experience required for this position as is ARLA accreditation.
The Head of Property Management / General Manager will run their Lincoln office on a day to day basis as well as having the opportunity to run their own property portfolio of exclusive properties.
You will have a proven track record within residential lettings with prior experience in a management / supervisory role.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, with sound knowledge of relevant legislation and modern practices.
